A 36-year-old man Musiliu Owolabi, has been arrested for allegedly burying his lover, Fausat Idowu, in Ogun State.  Owolabi was said to have taken Fausat, a mother of five, to a hotel for pleasure when she suddenly fell ill and eventually died. The State Police Commissioner, CP Ahmed Iliyasu, said the suspect, a mechanic secretly buried her lover in an uncompleted building at Osara village, off Abeokuta-Ibadan Expressway. The suspect was arrested following a report to the Police by the younger brother of the deceased, Hammed Idowu, that his sister who went for a naming ceremony at Bode Olude area of Abeokuta, was nowhere to be found. The CP said the deceased’s telephone call log was profiled and the suspect was the last person that spoke with her.
